Richards was born in Penarth, Wales. She attended the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. After having appeared in short films she was included in the S4C Welsh language magazine show Mosgito. She also was in short films. Her roles were prominently played in BBC TV programs Crash and Being Human. 2nd of 2012 she was cast as an executive secretary who had an exaggerated English accent in the TV show Breaking In. 3. In the month of January, she was an ongoing Breaking In host. [4][5She was a regular on Breaking In from January 2012.
